Q. The TV (LCD/Plasma) doesn’t start and or stays in standby.
A. Switch TV OFF from MAINS for approximately 20 seconds, then switch on again.

Q. The TV (CRT) picture has colour stains.
A. Switch TV OFF from mains then switch back ON after 10 minutes.

Q. The picture is snowy on some channels only.
A. Most likely an aerial problem.

Q. The remote control is faulty.
A. Bring the remote control to our shop for repairs.
